GATLINBURG SPLASH

POOL CABIN WITH AWESOME INCREDIBLE SMOKY MOUNTAIN VIEWS.... AND A POOL!!- This beautiful cabin with indoor pool, theater room and much more is sure to please everyone in your party! Awesome Smoky Mountain Views and just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg!

Cabin layout:
As soon as you drive up you will see the incredible view! Upon entering the cabin you will fall in love with the cathedral ceilings and the open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large island with bar stool seating in addition to the dining table. The living room has large windows that let in lots of natural light, plush furniture, electric fireplace, and flat screen TV. Also located on the main level are 2 master suites each with a King bed, TV, and full bathroom with stand-up tile shower.

Downstairs:
The lower level is packed with lots of amazing features. For starters, you will find the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom houses 2 sets of custom made queen bunk beds. These unique bunks can be easily accessed by kids and adults alike using the custom made steps that divide the units. Just outside the bedroom there is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The next feature in this lower level is the fun game room with a pool table and multi-cade machine. Off of the game room is a private theater room complete with theater style seating and big screen HDTV. Last but certainly not least the lower level houses an indoor 10x15 swimming pool that's sure to be fun for all ages.

In addition to the above amenities, GATLINBURG SPLASH also has a stack washer and dryer, 2 private decks-one of which has a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It is the most updated cabin we've stayed in and the decor is stunning! When we arrived the cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balconies and pool are breathtaking. The kids enjoyed having their own room with the bunk beds across from the movie theater. Reservation Guarantee

The reservation guarantee amount is 8% of your total reservation and enables you to receive either a refund or reschedule (less the 8% guarantee amount and applicable tax). In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 15 days prior to arrival (for 1-5 bedroom cabins) and 60 days prior to arrival (for 6 bedroom and larger). Once inside the 15 days (for 1-5 bedrooms) and 60 days for (6 bedroom and larger) you may still cancel the reservation, however, the paid amount (less the reservation guarantee and applicable tax) will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account and must be applied to a new reservation which dates fall within one year from date of cancellation. Once the one year time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited. In addition, please be sure to utilize the entire amount as any portion not used is non-refundable and will be lost. Please note when booking your new reservation, you will again have the option to purchase the Reservation Guarantee HOWEVER, the guarantee would only allow you to reschedule again should the need arise. It would not allow you to receive a refund. The Reservation Guarantee amount will be based on the new reservation total. Without the Reservation Guarantee, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for early departures for any reason including weather and/or road conditions.
